Shipping and Lost Item Policy

At Napure, we strive to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and in a timely manner. We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your products with care. However, in the rare event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, we have the following policy in place:

    • Napure takes full responsibility for any item lost or missing during transit until it has been successfully delivered to you.
    • If your item is confirmed lost or missing by our courier service, we will either:
      • Resend a replacement item at no additional cost to you, or
      • Offer a full refund for the lost item.
  2. Reporting a Lost or Missing Item:
    • If you believe your item is lost or missing, please contact us at info@lsk.com.my with your order details.
    • We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and keep you updated on the status.
  3. Delivery Confirmation:
    • Upon successful delivery, the responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible during the delivery timeframe.
  4. Claims and Timelines:
    • Any claims for lost or missing items must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
